To maintain quality publishing standards, handle editorial workflows, enable DOI registration, archive publications, and upgrade digital infrastructure, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is collected.
Authors are required to make the APC payment **only after the manuscript receives the final acceptance letter**. No payment is collected during submission or review stages.
